Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Auxerrois are some of the grape varieties used for our Crémant Brut, harvested by hand at the start of the grape harvest primarily in the municipality of Orschwihr, a large wine-growing community in southern Alsace whose microclimate favours early ripening.
With a beautiful brilliant golden colour, it exhibits a predominantly floral nose, has fine and persistent bubbles and is both elegant and balanced on the palate. As an aperitif, at cocktail parties or receptions, it is the classic drink for all festive occasions.

We schedule our deliveries in the afternoons between 12 noon & 5:30 pm, Tuesday or Fridays. We will text you when we are on our way and when we arrive at your home or delivery location. For everyone's safety, our delivery team will ring your doorbell and then leave our package on your doorstep. We will do our best to accommodate specific delivery time requests, but understand that this may not be possible on heavy delivery days.
