Price depends on your guest count, service style, menu, staffing, rentals and bar. A buffet is usually the most cost-effective way to feed a crowd; a seated dinner needs more servers and china, so it costs more; stations land in between. Drop-off trays and boxed lunches are the most budget-friendly. Compostable plates, hormone-free meats and composting are included at no extra charge. A $500 deposit reserves your date — you don't need a menu or details yet. Ninety days before your event we request a 50% deposit. Both deposits are non-refundable: every event takes many hours of planning, and holding your date means we turn away other events. We strongly suggest event insurance (often through your homeowner's policy) to cover hurricanes, snow, sleet and other acts of God.

As soon as you know your date and venue. Spring and fall Saturdays and the holiday season fill first. Because $500 holds your date before the menu is set, there's no reason to wait — lock in the date, then plan the menu with us at your own pace.

We handle every detail: menu design, venue coordination, staffing, rentals such as linens, china and stemware, setup, service and event flow. Bar and mixology service, signature cocktails and floral touches from our garden can be added. You tell us the vision; we take it from there.

Yes. Once your menu is selected, we host a tasting of your dishes before the big day, so you know exactly what your guests will enjoy — including any vegan or gluten-free plates.
