Seasonal & Sustainable Ingredients

      As part of our Green Goddess Alliance sustainability program, we source from local farmers and use environmentally friendly practices to ensure your menu is as fresh, eco-conscious, and flavorful as possible.  We grow our own herbs, heirloom vegetables floral garnishes in our on-site Mother Earth Group Garden. We take care of many bee hives in our garden that deliver delicious honey.

We are proud to offer our house wine Line 39 Winery varietals from Northern California.  These are both organic & sustainable and highlight a female wine maker, Alyssa Reynolds.

Our premium wine varietals from 

Sand Point Vineyards is "Lodi Rules" certified for sustainable farming, indicating a commitment to environmental responsibility.
