TRAYS & SNACKS

A classic start to any wedding is that lovely tray of charcuterie and cheeses with fresh berries and honey. These noshing trays are fresh, colorful, savory and studded with little sprouts from our garden. We've added a few unique signature trays including a Tuscan tuna tartar, Moroccan Mezze Board *vegetarian" and Santorini Spreads with your favorite Mediterranean selections.

BUTLERED HORS D'OEUVRES

Butler passed appetizers are the perfect start to every wedding. While guests are waiting for your picture time, they are a little hungry. These morsels can hold over your wedding guests. We even have a few offerings for your late night party snacks. Don't forget to add a few vegetarian (or vegan) as well as gluten-free selections so that all of your guests will feel included.

BUFFET DINNER

Hosting a Buffet Dinner for your reception is the most popular option for our couples. This is usually the most cost effective way to entertain your friends and family, but it is also the most versatile style of entertaining. We suggest you start with butlered hors d'oeuvres and a few trays for your cocktail hour. You can offer guests several options for dinner that are your favorites as well as satisfying the various dietary needs of the day. Gone are the days of pasta stations and a simple carving board; we've gotten a little more creative. A station reception can start with butlered hors d'oeuvres with a few grazing trays. Tailored to reflect the couple's romantic story, honeymoon plans, or family heritage - each station adds a personal touch to the experience. Guests can sample different dishes and choose to sit at unassigned tables or casual setups, making the event feel more relaxed and inviting. We suggest 2-4 stations.

BRUNCH MENU

Let Something Classic put the final touches on your brunch celebration. Whether this is a bridal shower, bridesmaids' luncheon, pre-wedding or an after wedding brunch for guests, we are ready with the finger sandwiches and quiches. Of course, we offer a few more brunch additions of cocktails, mimosas and flavored teas. You can add a server, pick up a few items or have us drop everything off and provide the setup while you are getting ready for your guests.
