GREEN GODDESS ALLIANCE
The Green Goddess Alliance is an award-winning green action program proudly presented by Something Classic, dedicated to aligning with Mother Earth. This initiative has successfully produced the largest, fully compostable event in Charlotte, accommodating 15,000 guests at the Democratic National Convention Opening Reception. By replacing all disposable products with eco-friendly alternatives made from corn, potatoes, cane, and bamboo, we actively promote sustainable practices for our clients and community. We are very proud of our own, on-site garden and honey bees which add to the flavor and spirit of sustainability in all of our menus. Our mission is to educate and inspire everyone—from customers to vendors— ensuring that leftovers are donated to those in need, and comprehensive recycling and composting efforts are in place.
You can be a green goddess as well by catering with Something Classic.  We take care of the greening for you.
