Our talented chefs have crafted a vibrant selection featuring worldly trays and beloved classics. Guests love to graze while sipping cocktails, so why not work with our event stylists to customize a menu with trays only, trays plus butlered hors d'oeuvres, or as a cocktail party starter before dinner? We use the finest and authentic ingredients as well as garnishes from our Mother Earth garden on site.

The Story Behind the Boards
The inspiration for many of these boards and trays come from our travels all over the world and from our very own garden at Something Classic. The ingredients are authentic to the region, the combinations paired well, and you can't help but eat with your eyes first. There is a story behind each and every tray. When we deliver and unwrap these trays at your wedding, home or office party, it is our hope that you and your guests pause and admire the piece of art that we have lovingly put together. Several of our rustic trays are a collection of antiques and pieces of wood art created by Gary Marcus (owner Jill Marcus' husband.)
Our gardener Steve grows many of our heirloom vegetables, garnishes and herbs here at our kitchen garden. This year we have four happy bee hives and our fruit and berry trees are thriving. Look for these herbs, flowers, figs, honey, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and peaches throughout our tray presentations. Their freshness and color combination are each a piece of art to be admired.
