From Jill’s Kitchen: Raspberry Oatmeal Cobbler Recipe

Look at all of these lovely raspberries in my garden. They are prolific!

STEP 1 - Pick more raspberries than eat!

STEP 2 - You will need about 8 Cups of berries.

STEP 3 - Thoroughly rinse the raspberries. Pour into a colander and drain.

After rinsing make sure to pat berries slightly dry

STEP 4 - Toss 1 Cup Sugar and 1/4 Cup Flour and toss with berries until coated.

STEP 5 - Mix 1.5 Cups of Oatmeal, 1 Cup of Brown Sugar and 1/2 Cup of Pecans with 1 stick of butter with your hands. Sprinkle of top of berries

All that lovely oatmeal, brown sugar, pecan goodness

STEP 6 - Bake in a 375 degree oven for 40 minutes until bubbly.

Enjoy warm or with a scoop of ice cream!
