We schedule our deliveries in the afternoons between 12 noon & 5:30 pm, Tuesday thru Saturday. We will text you when we are on our way and when we arrive at your home or delivery location. For everyone's safety, our delivery team will ring your doorbell and then leave our package on your doorstep. We will do our best to accommodate specific delivery time requests, but understand that this may not be possible on heavy delivery days. Delivery is complimentary in the Charlotte area with your $39.95 order or more. Additional fees may apply based on your zip code.
