This tray is a perfect starter to an al fresco dinner or as a snack tray as you sip wine on the patio.  We put this together with an assortment of cured meats, fresh mozzarella, artichoke hearts, Mediterranean olives, sweet and spicy peppers, grapes and Tuscan toasts.
